Japanese Bank Nomura’s April fair values for some major UAE companies

AirArabia: Fair Value 1.5, Upside 57% Very Happy

Tabreed: Fair Value 0.4, Downside 8% Sad

Emaar: Fair Value 5.6, Upside 42% Very Happy

Deyaar: Fair Value 0.5, Upside 14% Smile

Dana Gas: Fair Value 1.4, Upside 57% Very Happy

Taqa: Fair Value 1.8, Upside 44% Very Happy

Nomura have obviously been reading Oldtimers posts on Dana Gas and are in agreement with him Wink

Nomura have obviously been accumulating in the past two weeks and want to book profit soon Laughing Very Happy

No coverage on Shuaa, UPP or ARTC from Nomura.

HSBC gave ARTC a fair value of 2.6AED on the 15th of April and SHUAA a fair value of 1.4AED (2nd March) which indicates that HSBC think these share trade roughly at fair value.
