Invitation not supplied. Presumably ADX meant 2009, not 2009.

ADX 03 March 2009 (am):
(QCEM) Results of Umm Al-Qaiwain Cement Industries board meeting

10% share dividend proposed.
AGM date 01 April 2009 at 6:30 pm in UAQ Cement head office.
Record date Saturday 11 April 2009 - an odd date but that's what the disclosure says. Presumably ex-dividend is Thursday and last trading day for dividend eligibility is Wednesday.
