EPS figures calculated from Net Profit / 15,000,000 shares outstanding. As the company did not make a profit in Q4, PE calculation is not very useful. However, 2008 PE estimate based on FY earnings is about 10.2 which looks expensive for a non-Islamic insurance company, especially after prices in other stocks have plummeted recently to PEs of low single figures. Al Ain Ahlia Insurance shares rarely trade though.

(AAAIC) Al-Ain Ahlia Insurance Company announces preliminary annual financial results for 2008
Disclosures released during trading hours. AGM Meeting agenda not supplied in English, I think it says AGM date is 16 February 2009 and proposed bonus share issue of AED 30m worth which works out to 20% share dividend. I saw another figure of 100% which I thought referred to a share dividend but maybe not . If anyone could confirm or correct those figures, that would be appreciated .
Al Ain Ahlia Insurance released complete financial statements and Board of Director's report today. Several figures restated to summary reports have been updated. I may have misread something in the Statement of Changes in Equity. Updated summary below, with previous dividends.
