UCC AGM dividends

Union Cement (UCC) Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25 March 2009, time of meeting not supplied.

UCC dividends proposed are 10% cash and 5% share (from notes to the preliminary accounts for 2008 FY). See also UCC 2008 financial results.

ADX 19 January 2009 (during trading):
UCC General Assembly meeting will be held on Wednesday 25 march 2009

Union Cement disclosure 20 January 2009:
We would like to inform you that the General Assembly meeting is to be held on Wednesday 25th March 2009.
