I have been accumulating Tabreed shares for quite some time. Just bought a huge lot at 1.08 today. Have now averaged 1.81 - with a view to keep them at least for another 8-10 months.
alok_bxd, what do you reckon are the prospects for his company long term?
Would you please explain why you think Tabreed is a good investment ?
In terms of profitability , growth and past performace, Tabreed still looks expensive to me at Dhs 1.
There are much more attractive deals on both markets !
P.S I think the new DEWA tarrif hit them hard also, not sure if they will manage to negotiate a solution with DEWA.
Anyone has info on this please ?
last year, or several or few months ago people were scrambling to buy this stock, thinking 2 dirhams was a steal or a great discount
dxb_kola buying now very close to IPO
ready to buy more should stock go below one.
this company was made to make money for some big people. so we want to be part of it.
there other companies as you say, but i dont look at fundamentals always.
one day they will make money and things will work out.
buying a bunch of these shares is much better than wasting money on lottery tickets or dubai duty free.
edit later : if ure wondering about the lottery things, yes, my grandad and lots of other people used to by $%^& loads of tickets in london, germany, etc. to see if they get lucky.
a LOT of tickets.
they used to think differently those days
