I requested several time broker to settle my account that wrong bought and sold shares in my account by broker and there brokers.
Banks, Broker are not responding me from 2005 and even not talking about to credit or settle my account. There is loss more then 135,000 AED
Whenever I give letters or talking with broker saying we will credit your amount after our brokers internal committee meeting.
I also gave them pervious correspondences copy but still there is not response by broker.
Whenever I told them go in ESCA they personally requested to me kind don’t do this.
What shell I do!

Quite simply, lodge a formal complaint with ESCA. Since this has happened to you, the probability that it may have happened to someone else using the same broker is high as well.
2005 has been a long wait. Just do it - I hope you have all documented evidence to tie the noose around their necks. Once done, dont forget to name and shame the broker.

That's a very interesting comment. Could mean that ESCA are serious about regulating brokers.

Broker is not gave any written or reply on my written complaint more then 7 time.
Even not called me for some debit balance is in account
All document proof I had with me and in that documents they accepted this wrong happen with me.
For finally they made this case football match! Nobody is taking reasonability or quotes any official reply.
