Kindly note that Global Investment House K.S.S (c) will hold its General Assembly meeting on Saturday 23 June at 11:00 am in order to elect the new board of directors.
Mrs Maha K Al Ghunaim is now both CEO and Chairperson. It's not usually a regarded as a good thing for one person to hold both of those senior positions. Previously, Chairman was Anwar Abdullah Al Nouri, and CEO was Mrs Ghunaim.

The shareholders of Global Investment House KSC (c) held in ordinary general meeting (OGM) in Kuwait today to elect the company's board members after their recent resignation. Mr Khaled Jassim Al-Wazzan, Vice Chairman, presided over the meeting. The OGM elected the following board members:
Mrs Maha K Al Ghunaim
Mr Khaled Al Wazzan, representing Jassim Al-Wazzam Sons Company
Sheikh Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, representing the Public Institution for Social Security
Mr Marzook Nasser Al Kharafi, representing Mohammed Abdulmohsen AlKharafi Company
Safi Holding Company KSC (c) - nominee to be announced later
The Board reconvened after the OGM and elected Mrs Maha Al Ghunaim as Chairperson and Managing Director and Mr Khaled Al Wazzan as Vice-Chairman.
