Hi sharehunk and welcome to the forums .
Forecasting a share price for Tamweel (TAMWEEL) or any stock for the end of the year is a forecast, you will only know whether the forecast was "true" or not at the end of the year .
The amount you invest depends on you. One suggestion is to invest money you don't need for 3 years or more (some would say 5 years but at current market levels in Dubai, I'd say 2-3 years is reasonable), and/or money you can afford to lose.
Those two questions would be better in new topics in either the beginners forum or individual stock forums.
Also, have a look at the forums and pages for Amlak, Emaar, etc to see what profits and dividends they have had in previous years. Here's a list of UAE dividends for 2006.
See also the beginners investment forum for some topics that should help you with some of your questions, there's one about dividends, and another about calculating dividends. And one about stock valuations may help you decide which ones to buy .
