I guess they'll list on DFM - the Dubai Financial Market. But that's not specifically stated. DIFX is another possibility.

Dubai's Alpha Tours plans to launch IPO next year
By Saifur Rahman, Business News Editor
Berlin: Travel and tour operator Alpha Tours is planning an initial public offering (IPO) next year, a top official said.
"We are actively considering the IPO as part of the overall growth plan as we are gradually becoming a global tour operator," Ghassan Aridi, chief executive of Alpha Tours, said.
"We might make a formal announcement later this year for the flotation early next year," he said.
If it materialises, this would be the first tour operator to go public in the region. The extra funds generated from the IPO would help fund its global expansion.
An investment bank has been assigned to make evaluation of the company and advise on the IPO.
Alpha Tours handled 300,000 inbound and 50,000 outbound tourists last year and recorded Dh500 million in sales revenues.
The company has made inroads into Latin America by tying up with Fly Tours in a joint venture, called Fly Tour Alpha, which gives it instant access to 18 cities in Brazil, along with nine other countries including Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Peru and Mexico.
The move comes as Dubai-based Emirates is preparing to launch flights to Brazil in October this year.
"We have already begun promoting South American destinations throughout our networks, while at the same time promoting Dubai and other Gulf cities to travellers in Latin America that will create major awareness among travel and tour operators," Aridi said here at the ITB fair in Berlin, where his company is participating as part of the Dubai stand.
He said his company is aggressively looking at the Indian markets for possible tie-ups to enhance travel and tourism business across India-Gulf sector.
"We are looking at the Indian market very aggressively as it is one of the most promising markets in South Asia," he said.
"We have already launched our operations in China and Taiwan through forging partnerships. However, by April this year, we will have our own office in both territories to boost our operations."
