just watching the trading of ENBD its already cross the 52W low 2.56 and closing at 2.63 with a low volume.
is there any thing going on with this stock?
2) New regulations from Central Bank on the amount of provisions banks should allocate against non performing ...
thanks sam but do we think that downtrend will continue for ENBD as i am seeing this stock price is most effected for last three month espcially in December
Yes, technically it looks better now..No one wants to sell even when DFMGI declines no one wants to dump at this price anymore.
If you look at WEEKLY volumes over the past 7 weeks, you can see clearly volumes declining gradually from 16m shares to 1M shares...Which also confirms the end of the selling spree.
Also daily Candles pattern indicates a BUY-IF
So technically, it looks ready for a rebound
But fundamentally, will this rebound sustain for sometime to form a rally ?
It will all depend on the REAL exposure to DW and new CB rules...This will reflect in 4Q results that will be public in 15 days or less. However, you would expect that by now some smart trader would have an idea about these results...and this would reflect in the stock behavior.
In short, the current price is very attractive if ENBD is to announce results similar to 3Q. Then, they would be able to afford 20 Fils cash dividend again this year.
We have seen some high volume aggressive selling during Dec. Is this attributed to bad results leaking out or just speculations about it ?
