ARKAN signed a contract with m tech "Germany" to supply machinery for constructing a dry mortar factory in ARKAN industrial park in alain truck road.Machinery cost is 4.9 mill / euro, the total cost of the factory will be over 55 mill /dhs, and to be finished in Q4 - 2008.? As they stated.!?
Until now we didn't hear any news about this factory.
BTW, they didn't even put a steel bar for constructing the factory !
Its usual behavior by ARKAN with its "famous transparency", after 3 years of buying factory machines without using them, i think its rusted and ready to be sold in the scrap market, it may worth 50k / dhs ( hopefully ), It's a good deal to sell something worth 24.5 mill / dhs, in 50k / dhs. Bravoooo ARKAN.
I assume that our 4.5 mill / euro, are " Gone with the wind "
Again & again thank you ARKAN for taking care of our savings, and the government investments which is 51% of ARKAN.
I think " General Holding Company ", has to act immediately, specially that ARKAN BOD chairman is the CEO of GHC " which owns 51% of ARKAN. To safeguard our savings, and the government investments.
Few months back, few investors in Abu Dhabi were hiking ARKAN on purpose. At that time, one investor told me not to worry that their trading activities will be suspended on ADX for a year or so, because their kids and relatives can effectively continue doing that this is of coarse only a joke
