Future of EMAAR after Burj Dubai opening

HI Thaj and other Members,

What do you think regarding the future of EMAAR shares after the opening of BURJ DUBAI ?
Burj Dubai opening is supposed to be in JAN 2010. Would you see surge in EMAAR shares after that? if yes then we can think of holding the shares till JAN in high volatile and unpredictable market .

please share your thoughts here...

emaar reached more than aed 5 after announcement of burj dubai jan opening, so post opening share price won't be affected.
